How does HelpingMyFriend make money?
Currently, we don’t. This is a passion project to help people help each other in times of need by providing a platform to make it easier for them to organize small community projects. If we do decide to monetize the site, we plan to use advertising banners and/or affiliate links which would allow users to purchase items for which we would receive a small commission from the product seller at no additional cost to the buyer. Whatever we implement, it will not cost the users of this site any money. We never plan to receive or distribute funds from the users of our site.
